Two-way identity check
Your one-time handover PIN is matched in the chauffeur's app. Nothing proceeds without a match. You already have both chauffeurs' names and photos.
Key sealed in a signal-blocking pouch
Your key goes straight into a numbered, tamper-evident pouch that blocks the radio signal thieves relay to open keyless cars. You receive the seal number instantly.
Guided 360° video and photos
Before the engine starts, the app guides a full walk-around: every side, wheels, interior, odometer, fuel or charge and any warning lights. Each frame is stamped with time, GPS location and chauffeur ID.
Engine start locked until upload
The trip cannot start until the inspection is uploaded and fingerprinted, so the record cannot be altered later. With no signal, files queue on the phone and our operations team is alerted.
Both cars tracked live
You watch both cars on the map. Our operations console is alerted to speeding, a detour from the planned route, an unplanned stop or lost signal. Chauffeur 1 drives straight to your car's destination: no passengers, no detours.
Parked, closed and locked
Your car is parked in the agreed garage or bay. The chauffeur photographs the parked car, the garage door closed and the lock confirmation.
Before and after, side by side
A second guided 360° inspection on arrival. Your record shows departure and arrival side by side, including odometer and fuel or charge, so you can see the car came home exactly as it left.
Keys released, record saved
The seal is checked intact, then the key goes to the person you named (signature and photo) or into your key safe. Every photo and video is saved to your private evidence vault for 12 weeks, to view or download at any time.

How is the price calculated?
Two chauffeurs are billed per hour, garage to garage, with a three-hour minimum, plus a per-kilometre rate on your trip only. The chauffeurs' return is covered by the hours, so distance is never charged twice. Your full price is shown before you pay, in local currency.
Do I pay a deposit?
No. Every RydeBack is reserved and paid in full at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 72 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Within 72 hours, 50% is refunded. There is no refund for a no-show or once your chauffeurs have been dispatched.
Can I ride in my own car instead?
Yes. Choose "Ride in your own car" when booking. Chauffeur 1 drives you in your car and chauffeur 2 follows, then brings chauffeur 1 back. Same rate.
What if my car and I go to different places?
Choose "Different destinations". If chauffeur 2 cannot collect chauffeur 1 in reasonable time, chauffeur 1 returns by taxi or rideshare. The estimated fare is in your upfront price and is settled to the receipt after the trip, at cost.
Where are my keys while you drive?
In a numbered, tamper-evident pouch that blocks keyless-entry signals. You receive the seal number when the key is sealed, and the seal is checked intact before the key is handed back.
Can I see the photos and videos later?
Yes. Every inspection photo and video is stored in your private evidence vault for 12 weeks after the trip. View or download them at any time in that period; we recommend downloading anything you want to keep longer.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is optional and extra. You can add it in the app after your trip, and 100% goes to your chauffeurs.
Do you check that the car is mine?
Yes. At your first booking we verify that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle, using its registration document and your photo ID. A chauffeur will never take a car without this check.
What if a passenger is unwell in the car?
A cleaning fee applies if the RydeBack car needs professional cleaning. It is charged after the trip with photos of the issue; the amount is shown in your booking terms.
I don't know when my evening will end. Can I still book?
Yes. Book a standby window, then tap "Bring my car home now" in the app when you are ready. Standby hours are part of your upfront price.
