Terms & Conditions

I. General Terms
By submitting an online reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You confirm that you are the cardholder of the credit card provided, or have the cardholder's authorization, and that you authorize the full charge for services requested, including taxes, surcharges, gratuity and related fees.

This is not a price quote request. It is a firm reservation contract. Once your reservation is processed, you will receive a trip confirmation by email. Please review all details carefully. Until you receive a trip confirmation email, your reservation is not complete and a vehicle will not be dispatched.

If changes need to be made, please call 647-667-7689. When you submit your reservation, you may be charged for the full amount unless a deposit arrangement has been specifically approved.

II. Cancellation / Changes to Reservation Policy
Unless otherwise indicated in the routing details section on your trip confirmation, the cancellation deadline for services is 30 days in advance. Some services, including proms, holidays and large conventions, may be non-refundable once reserved. Reservations booked after the cancellation deadline remain subject to the same cancellation policy.

III. Hourly Minimum Booking Requirement
Luxury Sedan, Executive Sedan, SUV - 3 Hours Minimum
Stretch Limo, Economy Van - 3 Hours Minimum
Executive Van, Stretch SUV Limo, Coach Bus, Limo/Party Bus - 5 Hours Minimum

Travel time between the garage and pickup/drop-off locations may be billed in 30-minute increments in addition to the service minimums, unless waived at the company's discretion.

IV. Other Policies / Misc.
Rates shown may be base rates and may exclude extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, garage time, early or late pickup fees and similar charges. Overtime is billed in full-hour increments. Company is not liable for mechanical breakdown, traffic delays, construction, road conditions or missed flights, meetings or appointments caused by delayed service.

For airport pickups, if a flight number is provided, the company may monitor the flight and provide 30 minutes free waiting time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Additional waiting time may be billed accordingly.

Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Violations are subject to a minimum $500 penalty. Vehicles pictured on the website are for advertising purposes only and actual vehicles may differ. Company reserves the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles and use affiliated or unaffiliated providers to fulfill requested services.

Vehicle may not be loaded beyond seating capacity. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by passengers under the minimum legal drinking age is prohibited. If laws or rules are broken during service, the driver may terminate the trip without refund.
