Two-way identity check
Your one-time handover PIN is matched in the chauffeur's app. Nothing proceeds without a match. You already have both chauffeurs' names and photos.
Key sealed in a signal-blocking pouch
Your key goes straight into a numbered, tamper-evident pouch that blocks the radio signal thieves relay to open keyless cars. You receive the seal number instantly.
Guided 360° video and photos
Before the engine starts, the app guides a full walk-around: every side, wheels, interior, odometer, fuel or charge and any warning lights. Each frame is stamped with time, GPS location and chauffeur ID.
Engine start locked until upload
The trip cannot start until the inspection is uploaded and fingerprinted, so the record cannot be altered later. With no signal, files queue on the phone and our operations team is alerted.
Both cars tracked live
You watch both cars on the map. Our operations console is alerted to speeding, a detour from the planned route, an unplanned stop or lost signal. Chauffeur 1 drives straight to your car's destination: no passengers, no detours.
Parked, closed and locked
Your car is parked in the agreed garage or bay. The chauffeur photographs the parked car, the garage door closed and the lock confirmation.
Before and after, side by side
A second guided 360° inspection on arrival. Your record shows departure and arrival side by side, including odometer and fuel or charge, so you can see the car came home exactly as it left.
Keys released, record saved
The seal is checked intact, then the key goes to the person you named (signature and photo) or into your key safe. Every photo and video is saved to your private evidence vault for 12 weeks, to view or download at any time.
Your vehicle passport.
- Proof you own or are authorised to use the vehicle: registration document and photo ID, checked at your first booking
- Make, model, colour, plate and last six of the VIN
- Declared value, checked against our insurance limits
- Key type: smart key, valet key, card or app key
- Garage and gate codes, stored encrypted and revealed only when the trip starts
- Who may receive the keys: you, a concierge, family member or key safe
- Chauffeur names and photos sent 24 hours before pickup, with your one-time PIN
When we say not tonight.
- Supercars only with a matching endorsed chauffeur
- No summer-tyre supercars in snow or ice
- Vehicles above our per-vehicle insurance limit need approval first
- Minimum fuel or charge for the planned route
- Your insurer must allow a professional driver; we ask you to confirm when booking
