Personal details
Legal name, date of birth, address history and right-to-work declaration, plus a recent profile photo.

Background check consent
You consent electronically to a criminal background check through our screening partner. Track its progress in your dashboard.
Insurer eligibility
Our insurer sets minimum age, years licensed and maximum driving-record points. We check you against those criteria and add approved chauffeurs to the policy's driver list.
Protocol training & quiz
Short online modules: the Key Custody Protocol, guided inspections, client privacy and incident procedures, followed by a quiz.
Road test & endorsements
A road test with an assessor. Optional endorsements: supercar, manual transmission, electric and long-wheelbase.
Agreements
Code of conduct, confidentiality agreement and dress standard, signed electronically.
City approval
Your city administrator reviews your complete file and approves your account.
Membership begins
Only now does your monthly membership start. Jobs open in your app. Documents are tracked for expiry, with a yearly re-check.

When am I charged?
Only after your application is approved and your account goes live. Nothing is charged while your checks are in progress.
Who pays for the background check?
This is confirmed per country before launch and shown in your dashboard before you consent.
How do I get back after delivering a client's car?
Usually chauffeur 2 collects you. When trips go to different destinations, you return by taxi or rideshare and upload the receipt in the app; the fare is pre-agreed with the client.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. You can also pause it for months when you are not available; membership runs to the end of the paid month.
Do Dubai chauffeurs pay a membership?
No. In Dubai, chauffeurs are employed through our RTA-licensed partner, which handles visas and permits. No membership fee applies.
